Mizna (10th Anniversary redesign for the singular Arab-American arts journal)
Mizna's award-winning journal, published since 1999, continues to be the singular journal of Arab American literature in the United States. Mizna has presented the annual Arab Film festival in Minnesota since 2003 and has hosted some of the most talented Arab American artists in the visual arts, on stage, in music, and in film—including Simon Shaheen, Suheir Hammad, Hakim Belabbes, Nadia El Fani, Jack Shaheen, Raed Al Helou, Mai Masri, the Iron Sheik, Elias Khoury and others. In 2004, Mizna opened its new Mizna Center, which gave this US 501(c)(3) a physical home to hold its meetings, classes, and events. Visit Mizna's website at mizna.org.

Details & Viral Tools

Viral tools and boosters such as links to related Facebook and Twitter accounts, RSS feeds, and send and share links must be standard on every website launched on the Internet.
One of the more old school and oft-overlooked "viral marketing tools" on the Internet are printable versions of web pages. Handing a piece of paper to someone is still a very good way of making sure someone reads the content, when compared with sending the content in e-mail.
Printable pages are often deployed very badly on the Web. The most obvious failings include not leaving enough left margin space on the printed page to allow for holes to be punched for file binder archiving. Another common failing are printable pages formatted with font sizes way larger than required for comfortable print reading, resulting in a larger print area and paper waste.
